  Skilled nursing care provides custodial and skilled nursing care 24/7.  Skilled Nursing Care offer services ranging from short-term  rehabilitative care to long term comprehensive care. 

Through the help of our highly trained therapy team including Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy services our goal is to help individuals regain their strength and independence. Alexandria Health & Rehabilitation is proud have opened a brand new addition therapy wing which features state of the art equipment allowing residents to work toward and exceed their health goals. 

 Our beautifully designed rehab suites provide a peaceful and spacious atmosphere, allowing our residents to be able to focus solely on their wellness journey. 

  Respite care is designed to offer short-term relief to caregivers who  need a temporary break in order to allow needed time for rest, vacation,  or time to deal with a family emergency. 

 Adult day services are offered as a non-residential living option at our  facility. These services support the health, nutrition, social, and  daily living needs of adults in professionally staffed group settings.  Our adult day center serves as an emerging provider of transitional care  and short-term rehabilitation for anyone physically challenged,  socially isolated, having memory problems, needing assistance with  personal care, or limited ability to function independently.  

Our facility offers a memory care unit for patients suffering from dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.   We focus on individualized attention in a home-like setting to give the best quality of life possible. Our secure environment supports independence as well as the safety and well-being of our residents. 

 Hospice services are available to residents who are facing  life-threatening disease, cannot benefit from curative treatments, and  have a life expectancy of less than six months if the illness follows  its normal course. The focus of care in hospice is symptom management,  comfort, and the resolution end-of-life issues.
